Copyright & IP Policy

A transparent process for rights holders, sellers and buyers.

Template policy for FIGIMI. Register a designated agent where required (e.g. with the U.S. Copyright Office) and have counsel review this page.

Our commitment

FIGIMI only allows products that sellers created or are licensed to sell. Sellers confirm their rights for every listing, and listings are reviewed before they go live. When a rights holder tells us something slipped through, we act quickly and fairly.

How the process works

  • 1. Notice. The rights holder (or an authorized agent) submits the form below.
  • 2. Review. A person on our trust & safety team checks the notice is complete. Incomplete notices get a request for more information.
  • 3. Action. If the notice is valid, we disable the listing, pause the seller's related earnings, and notify the seller with a copy of the notice (your contact details may be shared so they can respond).
  • 4. Counter-notice. The seller can submit a counter-notice through support if they believe the removal was a mistake. Unless the claimant informs us they've started legal proceedings within 10–14 business days, the listing may be restored.
  • 5. Repeat infringers. Stores with repeated valid notices are terminated.

Misuse

Knowingly false notices can carry legal liability. Please only submit claims for work you own or represent.
