Seller Agreement

The agreement between FIGIMI and every seller on the marketplace.

Last updated October 22, 2026

Template policy for FIGIMI. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel and adapted to your jurisdiction and payment provider before launch.

1. Eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts. If you're paid through our payment provider, you'll complete its identity and payout verification first, and those payouts are only available in supported countries. For bank transfer, PayPal or crypto payouts, we may ask you to verify your identity before sending money.

2. Your rights to what you sell

  • You confirm, for every listing, that you created the product or hold a license that permits resale and sublicensing to buyers.
  • You won't sell accounts, credentials, game currency, stolen, leaked or pirated content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
  • You grant FIGIMI a license to host, display and deliver your product and previews to provide the marketplace.

3. Listings and moderation

Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected, suspended or removed for policy, quality or legal reasons. Editing a live listing's content sends it back to review.

4. Fees

FIGIMI charges one flat commission on each completed sale (a percentage plus a fixed fee per order, payment processing included). The same rate applies to every seller and is shown in your dashboard and on every listing before you publish. There are no plans, monthly fees or listing fees. Optional sponsored placements are paid separately and always disclosed.

5. Balances, holds and payouts

  • Your net earnings are recorded in your FIGIMI balance when a payment is confirmed.
  • Each sale's earnings stay on hold until the buyer confirms the order (or it confirms automatically, 48 hours after delivery by default) and the buyer-protection period, or the product's longer refund period, has ended, plus an extra hold (7 days by default). They then become available.
  • FIGIMI can keep a sale's earnings on hold while it reviews a report, a dispute or suspected fraud.
  • You can request one payout per calendar month once your available balance reaches the minimum payout amount. Payouts are sent on the monthly payout day (the 27th by default) by bank transfer, PayPal or crypto to the details you save, or through our payment provider where it's available.
  • You're responsible for giving correct payout details. Changed details can't receive a payout for 3 days. Money sent to details you provided, including a wrong crypto address or network, may not be recoverable.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and reversals are deducted from your balance. A negative balance is recovered from future earnings.

6. Taxes

You're responsible for taxes on your income. Our payment provider may collect tax information and issue tax forms where required (for example, Form 1099-K in the United States).

7. Earnings disclaimer

FIGIMI doesn't promise or guarantee any level of sales, traffic or earnings. Estimates shown in the dashboard are calculations of fees, not forecasts.

8. Termination

You can close your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate stores that violate this agreement. Valid earnings not subject to refunds, disputes or investigations remain payable.
